These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SKYNET Application, including our OTT services, Live Streaming, Video-on-Demand (VOD), Freemium, and Premium subscription offerings.

By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

1.Definitions

• Services – All features and content offered via SKYNET.
• Compatible Device – Any supported mobile, tablet, or computer.
• Content – All media, videos, audio, and materials.

2.Services Overview

• Freemium: Free access with ads and limited features.
• Premium: Paid access with ad-free and exclusive content.
• Availability: Content may be restricted by region, license, or device.

3.Eligibility

• Minimum age: 18 years or 5 years with verified parental consent.
• You must have legal capacity and be permitted under applicable law.

4.Account Registration & Security

• Account may be required.
• Accurate information must be provided.
• You are responsible for credential security.
• Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

5.Compatible Devices

• Only supported devices may stream content.
• Compatibility may change without notice.
• SKYNET DTH and OTT services may differ.

6.User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership but grant SKYNET global usage rights.
• Your content must comply with laws and policies.
• We may remove violating content.

7.Content Liability

• No responsibility for third-party content.
• You indemnify SKYNET against claims.
• No defamatory or illegal linking allowed.

8.Subscription, Payments & Renewal

• Payments charged in MMK or applicable currency.
• Subscriptions billed monthly or annually.
• Auto-renewal applies.
• 14 days’ notice for pricing changes.
• Non-refundable unless required by law.

9.Acceptable Use

• No recording or copying without permission.
• No commercial usage without consent.
• No DRM or geo-block bypassing.

10.Intellectual Property

• All content and logos belong to SKYNET.
• Personal, non-commercial use only.
• Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11.Privacy & Data Protection

• Data processed under GDPR & PDPA.
• Account, usage & payment data collected.
• Secure storage and lawful retention.
• Right to access, delete, and restrict data.

12.Advertisements

• Freemium users may see ads.
• Ads may be personalized.

13.Service Availability

• No guarantee of uninterrupted access.
• Services may change at any time.
• No liability for force majeure events.

14.Termination

• Accounts may be suspended for violations.
• All rights end upon termination.
• Users may request account deletion.

15.No Warranty

Services are provided “as is” without any warranties.

16.Limitation of Liability

SKYNET is not responsible for indirect damages, service outages, or third-party failures.

17.Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

18.Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
